When I perform, I don't just play music — I step into the stories. I dress as characters from folklore and fairytale, fully inhabiting the worlds my lyrics explore and creating an on-stage experience that is as immersive as it is musical. I am joined by Dusty Froise on djembe drum and Ben Bruzas on electric guitar, harmonica and vocal harmonies, and together we build a full, diverse sonic landscape that moves from the intimate to the wild. I have played stages across South Africa, including Splashy Fen, Earth Dance, Kwasuka Sukela, Folk Xmas, Monteseel Music Festival, The Aesthete Experience, Connexions and MITH.
